When you submit your order, please include the specific details for what you'd like in the order notes or send us an email. We'll reply via email to go over the details of your order and to send you updates, so please make sure you complete your order with an email address that you will check! :)

If you're unsure if what you'd like is something that we can do, send us an email before you purchase a custom order spot.
Once we know the size and complexity of the design, we can provide your cost within the posted estimate.
A $20 deposit will be due per item after the design is carved and before it can be bisque fired in the kiln.
The remaining cost will be due when the custom order is finished and ready to ship.
Prices include shipping within the United States.
You can expect a 6-8 week turnaround time from the time that the order design details are confirmed. In many cases we can get your customs finished faster but it is not guaranteed.
