Terms of service

Custom Orders:

Custom Orders typically take between 6-8 weeks to complete, from the time that details are confirmed. In some cases, they may take less or more time to complete, due to the nature of the order, kiln space or unforeseen circumstances. 

Please use an email that you get notifications for when purchasing a custom order spot. The email address provided is where we will confirm the details of the order, review reference pictures, and provide updates on the status of the custom order.

We reserve the right to decline custom order requests.  We will refund any custom order spots that we cannot complete. 

Shipping:

Shipping is included in the price, unless specifically noted in communication or in order details. Larger items cost a lot more to ship, which is reflected in the price.

We typically ship orders out the same or next business day after they are placed.

Orders are packed securely. If an item shipped directly from MesaWade Mudworks arrives damaged, please send us an email with pictures of the damaged box and contents so that we can make it right. We have shipped pottery all across the United States for many years and breakage is extremely rare.

If your order has been shipped by another party, we are not responsible for any damages. If you'd like to gift our pottery, we highly recommend ordering it to be delivered directly to the person you are gifting it to. We will happily include a handwritten note, if requested in the order note at checkout.
